    1. Preparation

    • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
    • Line or lightly grease a baking dish (about 20×20 cm or similar).

    2 . Combine Ingredients

    • Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
    • Add eggs and whisk together with the bananas until well combined.
    • Stir in cottage cheese, honey, and cocoa powder. Mix until you have a uniform batter.
    • Add baking powder and gently fold it in.

    3. Baking

    • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly.

    • Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.(TIP)

      (TIP) Start checking at the 25-minute mark with a toothpick. If it comes out mostly clean (a few moist crumbs are fine), it’s ready.
